📋 Project Overview
Comet Estimating is a construction estimating services company providing accurate, efficient, and professional estimating solutions. The client approached me with a need for a complete website redesign to improve visual appeal, functionality, and user experience across their large, multi-page site.
The existing website lacked modern visuals, strong branding, and some critical content sections. I was tasked with bringing the platform up to current design standards while adding new features and pages — all while maintaining SEO and speed.
🔧 My Role & What I Did
This was a comprehensive redesign project where I handled everything from the site layout to visual effects. Here's a summary of my contributions:
✅ Redesigned a total of 42 pages, including 35 existing pages and 7 brand-new ones
✅ Integrated new high-quality images and custom graphics across the site
✅ Created a new "Architecture" section that was missing before
✅ Applied a modern color scheme and style update to match brand goals
✅ Redesigned the header and footer for a more professional, user-friendly layout
✅ Added attractive animations for smoother interaction and enhanced user engagement
✅ Fully updated and optimized the contact form using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
✅ Embedded a promotional video on the homepage for better first impressions
✅ Ensured full responsiveness across mobile, tablet, and desktop
✅ Built and customized all pages within WordPress for easy content management
